Spring Has Sprung at MainStreet Family Urgent Care in Eufaula!
Ah, Spring! The weather is lovely, the flowers are in full bloom, and MainStreet Family Urgent Care in Eufaula has been super busy this month with fun activities!
March has been a lovely month, and we were thrilled to kick this lovely Spring month off with the Friends of Lake Eufaula (FOLE) Lake Cleanup Day on March 3rd at Eufaula Wildlife Refuge! We cleaned the lake up of all the trash at the refuge, and even donated waters to all of the volunteers who participated in the cleanup. At MainStreet Family Urgent Care, we take pride in our community, and what better way to show your pride than to put a little elbow grease into cleaning it up?
The very next weekend on the 10th, we set up two water stations at the Leadership Barbour Color Run so that the runners had some water and cookies to enjoy before, during, and the run! It was a blast to see the participants run through the clouds of color, and Dr. Wags even got to give the signal to start the race!
On the 24th, Dr. Wags and I had the great pleasure of donating giveaway prizes to the Epworth United Methodist Church’s Easter Egg Hunt and Hat Parade! Dr. Wags loved meeting all of the families who attended this event, and he even made his own hat for the Hat Parade! We think he did a pretty good job, too!
Lastly this month, we had the best time today hiding Easter eggs for the MainStreet Egg My House Event that benefited Southern Souls Animal League right here in Eufaula! We had a lovely group of volunteers join us to hide the eggs all over the Eufaula area, and we couldn’t have done it without them! We loved ending this month doing something good for the children of Eufaula and for the animals of Southern Souls Animal League!
Overall, we at MainStreet Family Urgent Care in Eufaula think that March was a lovely month filled with fun events, and we can’t wait to see what exciting events April has in store for us!
